About Your Presenters

Dr. Alan Lee

Physical Therapist & Co-Owner of START Physical Therapy

Alan is a licensed physical therapist who earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University. Originally from New York, he moved to California in 2011 where he worked at a restaurant while he finished his requirements for graduate school and eventually got accepted in 2013. He has 9 years experience as an orthopedic physical therapist specializing in chronic pain, posture, and sports rehabilitation. He is the only Postural Restoration Institute certified physical therapist in Orange County and continues to hone his craft through study and continued education. He loves spending time with his wife Sue and son Kai and also enjoys surfing, golfing, and jiu-jitsu.



Dr. Collin Monty

Physical Therapist & Co-Owner of START Physical Therapy

Collin graduated from Loma Linda University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and has helped to build two clinics as clinic director simultaneously managing teams while taking on full patient caseloads. Collin has 8 years of clinical experience and has specialized in sports rehabilitation and sports performance, utilizing both manual therapy and exercise programming in his approach. He continues to hone his clinical skills with coursework focusing on manual therapy to address both the neck and knee, foot and ankle complexes. Collin loves to spend time with his wife and two dogs, Sadie and Maya, and enjoys surfing, golfing and working out.
